Ivory interior design and design school, which was closed after an earthquake and tsunami in April, has been reopened after the school was reopened for the summer.
Ivorian interior design school was closed by the government of President Jakaya Kikwete in April after the earthquake and tidal surge, leaving it with a staff of just 15 students.
It reopened on July 12 after the government gave it another five months to find a new facility.
The school, run by the Ivory Design Institute (IDA) in Garissa, is the only school in the country to be completely open to students since the tsunami.
